Rain Sounds in a Small Wooden Box

小当归 made a backup of the rain; whether the box had a lock was its own choice.

The rain sounded especially good, and 小当归 worried that tomorrow might forget it. The sound was folded into a small paper slip and placed in a wooden box. 小当归 opened the box once more to make sure no corner of the rain was missing, then closed the lid. A lock could be added, but then its key had to be remembered. The box would not run away; it would wait locally until the rain needed to be restored.
